Corrugated cardboard is a material primarily used in packaging, consisting of two sheets of paper enclosing a third layer of corrugated paper bonded together with natural glue.
This combination of layers provides rigidity and strength to the entire structure, making it effective for packaging and transporting goods.
The thickness of this type of packaging depends on the number of corrugated waves between the layers of paper, resulting in single-wall, double-wall, or even triple-wall packaging.
Ve.lia can provide single-wall packaging with a thickness of 1.5 mm in black and white colors, and upon request, in red as well. These specific colors ensure that the boxes are completely monochromatic without the natural brown or white parts showing through.
Custom single-wall corrugated boxes
Thanks to dedicated software, it’s possible to find a wide range of specific FEFCO boxes made from corrugated cardboard in our library, varying in type and shape, all fully customizable.
The processing of these boxes is carried out using a cutting plotter that performs cutting and creasing in a fully automated manner to achieve the desired custom dimensions.
These boxes can be enhanced with our range of flocked white or black sponges, or the coarser grey sponge with a main thickness of 10 mm, to present the packaged item in the best possible way, adding a touch of refinement and elegance while still using an economically priced box.
