Within its production, Ve.lia offers a range of colored rigid cardboard boxes available in sizes ranging from 5×5 cm to 20×20 cm, as well as other classic or more sophisticated shapes depending on needs. Typically, the boxes we offer are made from 285/300 gsm cardboard.
We can provide cardboard sourced from leading Italian manufacturers with different weights, a wide range of colors, and extensive cardboard processing options ranging from classic matte to fully recycled to metallic versions.
Like many of the boxes we produce, these cardboard boxes can also include various internal variations depending on the item being packaged: we can insert raw sponges for technical items, flocked sponges for jewelry and costume jewelry items. In any case, we can tailor a solution for various products.
Cardboard boxes for jewelry
We offer various rectangular models ranging in size from 5×5 cm to 20×20 cm, ideal for jewelry and costume jewelry items such as clips, rings, bracelets, keychains, and necklaces. Inside these boxes, you can find primarily 10mm high flocked white or black sponge, smooth or die-cut cardboard inserts, as well as thermoformed inserts, all flocked.
For the sizes 5x5x2.5 cm, 8x8x2.5 cm, 12x4x2.5 cm, and 12x12x3 cm, we also provide black display trays, perfect for showcasing items or placing in a showcase.
Soap bar boxes
Flat box model, convenient because it occupies little space, quick and easy to assemble when needed, available in various sizes ranging from 5×5 cm to 19×10 cm. Like other boxes, they can be produced using 280/300 gsm cardboard with different colors and finishes.
This type of box can also be customized with a single-color hot stamping by creating an appropriate brass cliché.
Special boxes
Ve.Lia has the ability to access a software library for creating special boxes in stretched cardboard, where dimensions can be chosen and the file passed to production on the cutting plotter.
In this case, a limited number of pieces will be produced, but for mass production, a specific die will be created and cutting will be performed on the die-cutting machine.
Stretched cardboard boxes are an excellent type of packaging for any product. Ve.Lia supplies them to various sectors including jewelry and costume jewelry, promotional items, and various other articles.
Self-assembly boxes
Most of the corrugated cardboard boxes we produce are termed self-assembly because they are manufactured using die-cutting on a platen with cutting and creasing of the cardboard, and then assembled by folding the sides to form the box.
The advantage of this type of box is that it provides a more cost-effective cardboard packaging solution compared to rigid glued boxes.
For large quantities, we can provide boxes in bulk for assembly at a competitive price, delivering separate bottoms and lids to be assembled with internal foam for the base and cardboard for the lid.
