Ve.Lia has been producing and marketing plastic packaging since 1956, and since then, its mindset has been focused on satisfying customer needs, whether large or small-scale customization.
Our standard production has been tested over many years, allowing us to fulfill orders confidently. However, if customer requirements do not match our standard offerings, we are open to exploring alternatives.
We can propose various options, including logo printing through hot stamping or modern digital printing, custom-sized cardboard box production, supply of plastic boxes in various modes, especially for large quantities, and thermoformed products based on customer designs.

Text and logos
With the extensive experience gained in supplying packaging and displays for jewelry, we can confirm that hot stamping still plays a significantly important role today.
Despite being a somewhat older printing method, we can assert that it remains highly requested due to its cost-effectiveness, especially for gold or silver color prints where hot stamping still stands unrivaled even against more modern technologies.
Through hot stamping, which is typically done in a single color, we can personalize all our manufactured items: colored or transparent plastic boxes, cardboard boxes, flocked bags, and cases.
The hot stamping process involves using special machines to transfer color from foil onto the item to be printed, applying heat and pressure from a heated plate that causes the foil’s color to detach and imprint onto the desired article through a die.
Quantities and supply methods
The plastic boxes we produce have specific supply details. Each item is sold per pack, with a variable number of pieces depending on the model. Inside each shipping box we use for packaging, there is a precise number of packs.
In the end, it’s like Russian nesting dolls, but in our case, it’s boxes within boxes within crates. That’s why if a customer asks us, we could tell them exactly how many 2×2 cm boxes we can provide on a full pallet even before producing them, allowing us to estimate the shipping cost with minimal weight variance.
Colored boxes
Upon request, we can produce certain models of plastic boxes in special colors, solid or transparent, with or without glitter. Feel free to contact us without delay, and together we will find the optimal solution for your needs, considering quantity, color, models, delivery, and prices.
Boxes in bulk:
For large-scale productions of plastic boxes, it is possible to request delivery of boxes in bulk: lids, bases, and if needed, the interiors separately. This approach offers advantages in terms of delivery times and special pricing.
If you are interested in this type of supply, it is important to note that for bulk plastic box production, orders need to be placed for thousands of pieces, depending on the item.
In this scenario, all assembly costs for the boxes are borne by the customer.
Custom cardboard boxes
Considering that within our company we have a paperboard department, in addition to producing solid and corrugated cardboard boxes, Ve.lia can offer a custom service for cardboard boxes covered in material.
These boxes are primarily covered with paper or flocked fabrics. During the production phases, they undergo gluing for orders of a high number of pieces or use pre-adhesive papers for smaller orders.
Customized bespoke cases
Thanks to its experience and professionalism demonstrated over the years, Ve-lia has today established a prominent position in the customization sector, where a wide range of products come into play.
Choosing a case should not be underestimated, as its aesthetics contribute significantly to adding value to the item it contains. That’s why, if the customer doesn’t find a plastic case suitable, they can request the creation of a bespoke model covered with fine papers or fabrics.
