Roll-fed thermoforming
The high productivity of a fully automatic machine allows for thermoforming PVC material loaded in rolls. By mounting them on specific supports, the material is prepared by pulling it over the thermoforming area, then cut and deposited into designated containers.
Most of the PVC we use for roll-fed thermoforming has a thickness of 0.4 mm and a width of 52 cm.
Depending on the application sector of the thermoformed article, various color choices are available, and for specific sectors, certification for pharmaceutical/medical use can be obtained.
Sheet thermoforming
When it’s necessary to achieve a thermoformed article with a certain level of robustness, sheets of varying thicknesses can be thermoformed.
In this case, our specialized personnel will assist the machine’s performance, which is set to semi-automatic mode.
